Why is it important to find a solution to this challenge?

Food industry - as whole food ecosystem - and working in the food industry is facing great changes, not only in the future but also just right now. Industry needs right persons, new thinking, new innovations and new course of actions, so it can keep up with these challenges. To get to this goal, food industry needs to be attractive field to seek education. Working life in the food industry – like in other industries – is in constant change, and therefore it is not entirely about what we learn in school. Achievers in long-range are those who can update their competence during working life. Digital education opens up completely new opportunities for this.
