Solution description

The solution to our challenge in the field of digital skills necessary to face the digital transformation in companies is to propose recreational activities, such as games or quizzes, aimed at stimulating the soft skills that allow the smart worker to feel integrated into the business reality. In particular, we created a riddle game that allows us to draw up a ranking of the participants and get the best player of the month. Furthermore, we have thought of possible team games to stimulate collaboration between colleagues and nurture healthy competition with other companies, the winning team will receive prizes. All to bring together the need to develop applied soft skills to effectively and efficiently perform the smartworking work method, and the playful aspect to make this training process light and fun.

 

La soluzione alla nostra sfida in ambito di digital skills necessarie ad affrontare la digital trasformation nelle imprese è proporre attività ludiche, come giochi o quiz, volte a stimolare le soft skills che permettono allo smart worker di sentirsi integrato nella realtà aziendale. In particolare, abbiamo realizzato un gioco a indovinelli che permette di stilare una classifica dei partecipanti e ottenere il miglior giocatore del mese. Inoltre, abbiamo pensato a dei possibili giochi a squadre per stimolare la collaborazione tra I colleghi e alimentare una sana competizione anche con altre aziende, la squadra vincitrice riceverà dei premi. Il tutto per far convergere l'esigenza di sviluppare soft skills applicate per svolgere in modo efficace ed efficiente la modalità di lavoro dello smartworking, e l'aspetto ludico per rendere questo processo di formazione leggero e divertente.

Solution context

After a careful analysis on the issue of smart working, we found that this type of work is widespread in Italy and Europe, and also that it has both pros and cons. This last aspect has allowed us to focus on the deriving paradoxes. In particular, the one related to the dichotomy between digital interconnection and the isolation of the smart worker, the trade-off between fast communication and immediate communication, and finally the one related to autonomy and empowerment.

It is therefore necessary to overcome these paradoxes by developing soft skills such as team working, problem solving, enthusiasm and motivation and stress management, to make work experience more engaging and productive.

 

Dopo un’accurata analisi sul tema dello smart working, abbiamo constatato che questa tipologia di lavoro è ben diffusa in Italia ed Europa, ed inoltre che ha sia dei pro che dei contro. Quest'ultimo aspetto ha permesso di focalizzarci sui paraddosi che ne derivano. In particolare quello relativo alla dicotomia tra interconnesione digitale e l’isolamento dello smart worker,  il trade-off tra comunicazione veloce e comunicazione immediate, infine quello relativo a autonomia e responsabilizzazione.

È necessario superare quindi questi paradossi sviluppando soft skills come team working, problem solving, entusiamo e motivazione e gestione dello stress, per rendere più coinvolgente e produttiva l’esperienza lavorativa.

OUR target group of reference, in the face of the research and findings made, are smart workers, in particular those with the need to consolidate the sense of belonging to the company, collaboration, cooperation and healthy competition between colleagues who work in remote.

Il nostro target group di riferimento, a fronte delle ricerche e constatazioni fatte, sono gli smart workers, in particolare quelli con il bisogno di consolidare il senso di appartenenza all’azienda, la collaborazione, la cooperazione e la sana competizione tra colleghi che lavorano in remoto.

Solution impact

The impact we expect from those who benefit from our service lies in the improvement of the smart working experience itself, in detail in terms of involvement and integration among colleagues, not only professionally but also in a personal sense.

 

L’impatto che ci aspettiamo nei confronti di chi fruisce del nostro servizio sta nel miglioramento dell’esperienza stessa dello smart working, nel dettaglio in termini di coinvolgimento e integrazione tra colleghi, non solo a livello professionale ma anche personale in senso ludico.
