Solution description

The ABC solution is a 4 stage procedure:

  1. diagnostic - figuring out the streaghts and weakness
  2. profling - defining the profile of each student and teacher.
  3. planning - creating a learning path for teachers based on the needs of his students and the abbilities of the teacher.
  4. testing and improvin

Solution context

The solution reffers to compromising life situations (such as covid19, war, weather, etc.) that affacts the students sense of stability and thus thier achievments. The solutions relates to the proffsional development required to give the educators the knowledge required to improve the students' sense of stability.

the target group is student-teachers, teachers-managers, employee-employer

Solution impact

the impact is improving social/soft skills, helping students feel better about themselves, while having a better relationship with thier educators and enhancing thier achievments.

the abbility to analyze and profile is not innovative. the abbility to use AI and use those profile to plan a learning path is innovative.

Solution transferability

the soloution was designed for teacher-students but can be used for managers-teachers and can be taken to other fields and can apply to any managers-workers relationships.

Solution sustainability

There are many tools for analyzing and profiling that can be used. AI based planning can be improved while technologies improve.

Solution team work

we worked extremly well as a team during the Hackathon and already had a post hack. meeting to continue the hard work. we believe our solution is feasable.
