The Digital Education Hackathon (DigiEduHack) is a grassroots movement that aims to foster innovation, collaboration and creativity and to drive positive change in digital education. It provides solutions to existing and future challenges in digital education.
Whether you're a coding genius or have no tech skills, an experienced educator or a real newbie: if you've got a passion for digital education, we want YOU! We’re looking for creative minds from Europe and every corner of the globe to help us tackle today’s challenges in digital education.
DigiEduHack is an initiative of the Digital Education Action Plan 2021-2027 of the European Commission.

DigiEduHack 2023 Days
Check out the in-person, online or blended events organised by our hosts, all over the world! The Hacking days will close with a high-level Main Stage Event on 13 November in Madrid, hosted by the Spanish Presidency of the Council of the European Union.

Challenge winners are publicly announced
Out of all the amazing solutions developed for a local DigiEduHack event, there can only be one local winner for each event! Local winning solutions will be evaluated by our Steering Group.

November – December 2023
Steering Group evaluates challenge winners and selects finalists
Our Steering Group begins assessing the challenge-winning solutions and selects the best solutions to move on to the finals. We can't wait to see which participants make it to the next round!

January 2024
The list of finalists is released and voting period is officially open
It's time to spread the word and share the voting link with your network. Remember, every vote counts and a single vote can make all the difference.
