Rethinking education in the age of digital skills.

Artificial Intelligence League (LUI)

Solution details

  1. The Artificial Intelligence League (LUI) is an educational program designed to develop key AI competencies defined by AIKA as well as the EU Digital Competence Framework. It combines elements of a gamified, student-friendly online learning environment with a competitive component that serves as a motivator for engagement.
  2. AIL is grounded in the values of didactic quality, accessibility for all, and scalability, which it achieves through three pillars:
  3. Initial Screening: This allows us to differentiate between the diverse learning needs of student groups, assess their baseline competencies, and deliver an appropriately challenging learning experience to each group.

Gamified Online Learning Environment: This ensures didactic quality through methodological partners and alignment with AIKA and the EU Digital Competence Framework (see attachment). Most importantly, it features an integrated AI model where students can practice and refine their AI skills while receiving personalized feedback on their challenge solutions in real time.

Competitive Component: This serves as an engagement motivator, offering the opportunity to win prizes either for individual students or for school leadership. The program consists of three non-elimination rounds in which students earn points. At the end of the school year, participants are recognized at various local levels, and winners are selected by a draw from among the successful participants.
