A solution proposed for the challenge AI for Everyone – How to Teach Everyone to Work with AI?
Solution details
- We present a realistic implementation plan with a clear budget, milestones, and strategies that have been successfully tested in Slovak conditions, including by our team. The goal is to demonstrably advance 80% of educators in Slovakia in their use of AI, with measurable progress before and after the intervention.
- Schools will be carefully segmented according to their current state and level of progress in implementing best practices. For top-performing and mid-level schools, we will establish a basecamp for future multipliers, complemented by a tailored AI task checklist. Participants who complete the tasks successfully will receive a reward, and their work will be shared as best practice for other schools. Schools facing significant barriers will receive direct on-site support.
- Success will be measured through the fulfillment of our hypotheses and coverage in the field. The main challenges are overcoming initial skepticism and ensuring the availability of high-quality human resources. With the right strategy, management, and deployment, full implementation is achievable now.
- Milestones:
- Year 1 – Pilot: 100 schools / % of successful implementation
- Year 2 – Scaling: 500 schools / % of successful implementation
Year 3 – Scaling: 2,300 schools / % of successful implementation
This plan emphasizes tangible, practical change rather than mere activity, ensuring that AI adoption is effective, sustainable, and widely replicable across Slovakia.
