Blerina Guga

Blerina Guga, CEO of Junior Achievement of Albania, counts 21 years of work experience in the civil society sector in Albania, extensive work in project and program management and directing, Research & Development, strategic planning, grants’ management and fundraising, capacity building of local and central governmental sector institutions and CSOs etc.

She is a senior trainer in strategic planning, organizational development, leadership and individual learning, critical thinking and public speaking. Formerly part of prestigious and dignified CSO and public institutions teams at Mission Without Borders – Albania, Mjaft! Movement, Partners Albania for Change and Development, Tirana Regional Council and Albanian Association of Regional Councils, she’s author of publication and research.

Blerina joined JAA team in April 2019, an organization that is a perfect mix of her passion and experience in long live learning with JAA’s mission and development pillars “Financial Education, Entrepreneurship and Work Readiness”. Since January 2021, she is Chief Executive Officer of JAA.

Proud and happy mother of two girls, she is member of Tirana Rotary Club, board member of International Debate Education Association, and You are a sunflower Foundation, award winner of World of Difference from Vodafone Foundation Albania, devoted to volunteering and contributing in the society.
