On such a background, participants will develop their proposals according to the Design Thinking approach, along the following steps:

1) empathise, reflecting on the challenges professionals face to keep up with new AI tools and approaches;

2) discover, listing which benefits AI can provide in overcoming such challenges

3) define, focusing an AI-driven solution and specify the strengths of its value proposition

4) ideate, detailing the list of the key topics that could be included in a professional upskilling path leveraging on AI tools

5) prototype, sketching a flexible & adaptive modular training path.
