Microlearning on Mobile Devices: Create Your Own Competence Framework

We have a community called "Swedish Totara Government User Group" that has the purpose of creating dialogue and interaction between public sector organisations using the LMS Totara Learn. With focus on "Learning Spaces and Pedagogies" we have created this challenge called "Microlearning on Mobile Devices: Create Your Own Competence Framework". The recommendation is to take an existing e-learning course for processional development and create a concept for how this material can be adapted for on-demand or just-in-time learning on mobile devices.
