Welcome to the Superlearn School hackathon, proudly hosted by Impact Hub Reggio Emilia as part of the DigiEduHack 2025 initiative, promoted by the European Commission to foster innovation in digital education.

Who We Are and Why This Challenge
Superlearn School is an innovative startup with the ambition to revolutionise school communication through artificial intelligence. We want to overcome information chaos and transform schools into smarter, more inclusive, and connected environments. Our platform uses generative AI to simplify the lives of students, teachers, and families, while improving daily collaboration.

Hackathon Challenge: "Reimagine School Communication with Superlearn School"

Challenge Objective
The goal is to invite students, innovators, educators and teachers to work in teams to:

  • Propose new features or improvements to be integrated into the Superlearn School platform, with a specific focus on communication and interaction between schools, students, and families.
  • Experiment with new ways of using already existing features, finding innovative approaches to maximise their impact in daily teaching.
     

Challenge Details
Theme: Each team must choose one or more features of Superlearn School (for example, News, School Messaging, Circular Query, etc.) and propose:

  • A new feature that enriches or expands the platform’s capabilities
  • Or a new usage scenario that optimises the employment of existing features.
     

Examples of Challenges

  • Designing a new way to interact with parents through messaging, leveraging AI to summarise and translate messages.
  • Creating a system of personalised notifications to help students better organise their study.
  • Developing a method to integrate real-time student feedback to improve lesson effectiveness.
