Architect Technologist with a Master's Degree in Digital Home, PhD in Public Policy and Sustainable Development, and PhD in Philosophy of Complex Thought. He has coordinated public policies with regional and local governments, standing out for leading the development of the first technology park in Peru in the district of San Isidro-Lima. He is the first Peruvian and second in South America to obtain the professional certification LonMaker International, and has accreditations in automation, sustainability and energy efficiency (KNX Partners, ISO 50001, ISO 14001, LEED). Creator of the “Inka Certification”, the first Peruvian seal of sustainable construction. His lines of research address Industry 4.0, Society 5.0 and citizen empowerment through digital solutions. He actively contributes to the national regulatory development in construction in collaboration with the Peruvian State, and is an active member of the Acoustics Commission of INACAL and IPCEM. Defender of ethics in scientific publication, he promotes the prevention of IAgiarism. He is a member of scientific and technological networks such as AAAI, Red-IA and MetaredTIC.
