Diana Filip is the Deputy CEO and Chief Development Officer of JA Europe, the continent’s leading organisation dedicated to promoting youth entrepreneurship, employability, and financial literacy. With over two decades of experience in strategic development, partnerships, and policy advocacy, she oversees JA Europe’s growth and engagement with public and private stakeholders across 41 countries. Before joining JA in 2004, Diana began her career as an entrepreneur in Romania, later serving as President of the European Students Forum and working in public affairs consulting in Brussels. She holds an MBA from the Vlerick School of Management in Leuven and executive certificates in Entrepreneurship and Business Sustainability from Harvard University. Passionate about empowering young people to succeed in a rapidly evolving economy, she drives initiatives that strengthen entrepreneurial education, sustainability, and digital readiness throughout Europe.
