Lawyer, environmentalist, graduate of the University of Warsaw, the National School of Public Administration (KSAP) and the International MBA Programme. Former researcher at the Polish Academy of Sciences and appointed civil servant with extensive professional experience in business and public administration, including digitalisation of public services. At the Ministry of National Education, he works as a senior specialist in the Department of Innovation and Development, dealing with innovation in education (i.e. AI), including gifted students, and participates in the preparation of strategic documents and legal regulations in the field of education and training.He carries out tasks related to supporting the use of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) in the units of the education system. He also participates in the investments carried out within the framework of the Recovery and Resilience Plan for Poland (EU support) – Component C – Digital Transformation (digitalisation of the education system).
