Challenge and goals

The primary goal is to empower young innovators to create digital tools that enhance the educational experience. Participants will:

  • Develop solutions that improve learning, engagement, and accessibility, addressing real-world educational challenges.
  • Foster creativity through digital storytelling, personalised learning, and collaboration platforms.
  • Incorporate STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics) elements to inspire hands-on learning and problem-solving.
  • Promote mental well-being and inclusive education by designing tools that support students' emotional and social needs.
  • Gain experience in teamwork, critical thinking, and the practical application of technology in education, equipping them with skills for the future.
Expectations and requirements for the solutions and participants

Participants are expected to create a functional digital solution—whether an app, platform, or tool—that enhances learning or engagement. The solution should address key educational challenges, such as improving accessibility, promoting collaboration, or supporting personalised learning.

  • Projects must be innovative, creative, and user-friendly.
  • STEAM integration is encouraged but not mandatory.
  • Teams should be ready to present a prototype or a working demo of their solution.
  • Solutions should focus on practical applications for students, educators, or educational institutions and promote inclusivity and well-being in digital education.
