New Recipes for ESTEAM Learning
In recent years, the STEM approach has been enriched by two fundamental elements: art and entrepreneurship. With "New Recipes for ESTEAM Learning" we will offer participants a comprehensive overview of best practices selected by our global partners. During the hackathon, participants will have the opportunity to form new groups or connect through an online matching session, aiming to create teams with the right mix of skills to tackle the challenge of developing content or tools aligned with the ESTEAM approach.
The onsite location for this blended event is: IISS "Salvatore Trinchese" - Via Prolungamento Piazza Gramsci, 73025 Martano LE

Challenge and goals
With this initiative, thanks to the contribution of the ecosystem created over these years, we aim to:
• Increase awareness that Art and Science, Entrepreneurship and Technology are not opposing disciplines, but rather contribute to a harmonious and complete development of students' human and professional profile;
• Promote "vertical" collaboration among high school, VETs, and university students with a view to sharing tools and content;
• Reassert the role of high schools as gateways to the world of local growth opportunities, promoting their dual role as "agents of innovation" and "gate to Europe";
• Gather insights for new products and projects that can enhance learning opportunities with a particular focus on sustainability and inclusivity.
