Context
We, young people, are overwhelmed by expectations, commitments, and pressures we didn’t choose, often hindering our dreams. According to the WHO, 1 in 7 young people aged 10-19 suffers from stress, anxiety, and depression, often driven by a school system that pushes them to the limit. In Italy, an ISTAT survey shows over 25% of high school students frequently feel overwhelmed by school stress and fear of failure—every two desks, a friend is at risk of burnout! In 2022, 11.5% of young people aged 18-24 dropped out before completing secondary education. AiCademy aims to tackle this: using artificial intelligence, we help students reorganize their time, set achievable yet challenging goals, and access tailored resources and suggestions. AiCademy is our contribution to building a conscious generation, ready to face the challenges of today and tomorrow.
Who Benefits?
AiCademy is a digital platform that brings together the entire educational community to support students, with artificial intelligence acting as the orchestrator.
- Students: They will be able to manage daily deadlines and commitments, track their achievements, set goals, and receive suggestions for experiences that align with their dreams.
- Schools: They can organize and manage projects and activities, maintain a catalog of initiatives, and improve their offerings based on student participation and satisfaction data.
- External Organizations: Schools, sports clubs, and cultural institutions can coordinate through a shared calendar, reducing overlapping events and stress. Students can choose activities that align with their goals and lifestyle.
- Public Administrations: AiCademy will serve as an observatory to address critical issues such as transportation, improving accessibility and reducing stress related to the availability of educational and extracurricular content.

Impact
AiCademy was born in Italy, a founding member of the EU and G7, where the need for educational reform is critical. With a dropout rate of 12.7%, reaching 40% in some regions, and a NEET rate of 23.1%, nearly 1 in 4 young people has abandoned their path.
AiCademy seeks to reverse this trend by providing measurable outcomes through specific KPIs:
- Students: We will track time gained for personal growth without affecting academic performance, promoting a healthier balance between study and well-being.
- Schools: We will monitor participation in extracurricular activities and assess personal development alongside traditional learning metrics.
- External Organizations: We will measure participation and satisfaction levels to create a well-coordinated network of opportunities.
Our goal is to help students achieve personal fulfillment, with more time for their passions and the freedom to learn, fail, and grow without stress. AiCademy, through an AI tutor, will connect schools, associations, and local organizations to offer integrated and personalized support.
Team work
AiCademy’s success relies on a collaborative approach that involves students, schools, and educational institutions working together. The platform’s user-driven design allows for continuous feedback and improvement, creating a collaborative environment where students actively engage with the platform while schools and universities contribute to its evolution. By adopting AiCademy, institutions and educators become integral parts of the team, supporting the mission to provide accessible education and emotional well-being. This teamwork model enhances the platform’s effectiveness, ensuring that all stakeholders work together to achieve the shared goal of empowering students for the future.
Innovativeness
AiCademy is an AI-based application that also aims to educate students on the use of artificial intelligence. It teaches students that AI can be an ally in studying, not a substitute for the student, as is often the case when using tools like ChatGPT for homework.
Designed to support students without replacing their efforts, the app does not do the homework or study for the student. Its goal is to encourage active learning, promote autonomy, and develop personal skills.
Through innovative and engaging methods, AiCademy makes studying more effective and stimulating, while always empowering the student. It is a unique case of personalized planning for the student’s life, balancing study and daily commitments without stress, keeping the student at the center of their learning journey.
Transferability
Our solution is designed to transform study organization into an effective, personalized process, addressing a key challenge for students: time management. AiCademy uses artificial intelligence to create detailed, adaptable study plans and comprehensive life plans, helping students optimize their time and improve their lives.
The project’s transferability is broad. With the platform’s flexibility, AiCademy can be integrated into educational systems in other countries, starting with institutions involved in the Erasmus program. The app supports mobile students, offering continuity in their study methods and helping them adapt to new educational systems.
AiCademy is not limited to high schools: it can also be used in universities, middle schools, and vocational training centers, where study organization is essential. Its dynamic adaptation and progress monitoring features ensure a positive impact on students of all ages and in diverse educational contexts.
Sustainability
AiCademy stands out for its long-term sustainability, thanks to its innovative model that combines accessibility and scalability. The platform is free for students, ensuring that educational support and emotional well-being are not dependent on financial availability. This makes it a valuable resource for a large number of young people, steadily increasing its user base. With its growing user base, AiCademy is building a self-sustaining model that will attract the interest of schools, generating revenue through subscriptions or contracts with educational institutions. This ensures a continuous flow of resources to support the platform's growth and long-term impact on education.
