Eduardo Medina Meza

2024 winner, EduMind team

My name is Eduardo Medina Meza. I was born in Culiacán, Sinaloa, in 2006, but a few days after I was born, my family moved to Tijuana, Baja California. I spent my first four years of life there. Later, we moved to Morelia, Michoacán, the city where I grew up and where I lived many of the most important experiences of my childhood.

I come from a very close-knit family, made up of my mom, dad, older brother and younger sister. During my childhood in Morelia, I lived very fun times, full of adventures and friendships. One of my favorite pastimes was riding bicycles and climbing trees in the subdivision where I lived. I fondly remember those days full of freedom and curiosity about the world.

I have gone through several schools throughout my life: three elementary schools and two high schools. Despite the changes, something that has always remained constant is my love for learning, especially mathematics, which became my favorite subject from a very young age.

Today, my main goal is to finish my degree, something I consider very important for my future. I have always been characterized for being a person committed to the projects I do, and that is something I am proud of. I like to give my best in every challenge I face, and that has helped me to continue growing as a person and as a student.

Every stage of my life has been a lesson, and all those experiences have shaped me and prepared me to move forward, with my sights set on.
