Marta Queralt Romero is a Pedagogue specialised in Educational Guidance and Human Resources. She has extensive experience in talent management, training, and professional development, having worked across the public, private, and third sectors, including multinational corporations and educational organizations.

She is currently a Professor at the Department of Pedagogy of the Rovira i Virgili University (URV), where she teaches courses in the Bachelor’s Degrees in Education, Pedagogy, and Social Education, as well as in the Master’s Degree in Educational Technology. Her academic duties include teaching, supervising undergraduate research projects, and coordinating students’ professional internships, collaborating closely with educational and social institutions.

Her research lines focus on educational guidance, digital technologies in teaching and learning, and human development, exploring how pedagogical innovation and digital transformation can enhance inclusion and learning processes in educational contexts. She is also part of the Applied Research Group in Education and Technology (ARGET), dedicated to researching the integration of educational technologies in authentic learning and training settings and promoting evidence-based approaches to digital innovation in education.
