EduWise

EduWise is a personalized education solution comprising a web-based platform with two main elements: a comprehensive personality assessment; and a job-fit algorithm based on the O*NET database.

The objective is to provide students with a personalized report suggesting optimal educational and career paths. The implementation plan involves schools and counselors utilizing the platform, assigning assessments to students, and receiving instant personalized reports. Key milestones include platform launch, onboarding schools, and expanding to new markets. Resources required include a dedicated technical team, partnerships with educational institutions, and marketing efforts. Barriers to overcome include potential resistance to technological solutions in counseling.

The solution provides benefits to schools as clients by offering a valuable tool for personalized counseling services, ultimately improving student outcomes and satisfaction.
