Rethinking education in the age of digital skills.

FORMA+

A solution proposed for the challenge DigiEduHack @Tec Guadalajara

Solution details

Forma+ is a digital micro-credential platform designed to update primary and secondary school teachers through short, practical, and flexible courses.
It offers a library of micro-credentials covering modern pedagogy, classroom management, socio-emotional skills, attention and motivation strategies, ADHD, technology integration, and active learning methodologies.

Each micro-credential requires real classroom evidence, ensuring that learning produces an immediate impact. The platform also includes an institutional dashboard for schools to monitor teachers’ progress and a certification system with stackable digital badges.

Objectives:
To update teachers, improve school climate, and raise academic performance through continuous and applicable professional development.

Implementation plan:

Platform development + base micro-credentials.

Pilot program in schools.

Launch through annual institutional licenses.

Expansion and strategic partnerships.

Success will be measured by: completed micro-credentials, implemented classroom evidence, improvement in teaching practices, and reduction of behavioral incidents.

Forma+ operates through annual institutional licenses directed to schools and government entities.
Each license grants unlimited access for all teachers within the institution, with short, applicable, and certified micro-credentials.

The annual cost is MXN $120,000 per school, reducing teacher-training expenses by up to 75% compared to traditional diplomas or master’s programs.

This model allows results to be measured through reports, practical evidence, and verifiable micro-credentials.
