Resources
Implementing our school guidance solution requires a carefully defined set of resources to ensure its effectiveness, reliability, and sustainability. These resources encompass both human resources and the technological, material, and organizational tools essential for its development and operation. They enable us to manage each stage of the project: form design, development of the analysis algorithm, pilot testing, deployment in schools, and long-term evolution.
Context
Globally, many people struggle to choose a field of study that aligns with their needs, skills, and interests. This choice can be difficult due to a lack of information and personalized support; moreover, students often receive contradictory advice or advice based solely on their grades. To address this issue, we created an intelligent agent called "Intelligent Orientation Agent" using n8n. This agent collects a student's grades, preferences, interests, and extracurricular activities, analyzes them, and suggests the best field(s) of study suited to their profile, thus reducing stress and uncertainty that could jeopardize their future.

They benefit from our intelligent agent by receiving personalized recommendations and avoiding career guidance errors that could affect their future. Furthermore, this agent also targets institutions, enabling them to improve their success rates by guiding students towards suitable pathways and strengthening their image as modern schools using intelligent tools.
Impact
Our solution allows for a better match between students and their chosen field of study, a reduction in placement errors, time savings for teachers and advisors, and faster, more confident decision-making. We can measure the impact of our solution through satisfaction rates based on trust in the recommendation provided, through the success rate in the chosen field of study by evaluating the success rate of students who have used this tool, and also through the reduction in reorientations by measuring the number of students who changed fields of study after a few months, both before and after the tool's introduction.
Team work
In the short-term phase, the prototype of our solution will be built and tested by finalizing the form, creating a data storage and processing system, and collecting feedback. Then, in the medium-term phase, it will be improved and deployed in several institutions by adding a more comprehensive database of available programs, training teachers and educational advisors in its use, and adding a more attractive and modernized interface. Finally, in the long-term phase, our solution will transform into a smart, nationwide guidance platform that will offer even more precise and personalized recommendations, suggesting short or technical training courses, and will be deployed on a large scale.

Our agent stands out thanks to its holistic approach to the student profile, enabling more comprehensive and reliable recommendations. It offers a personalized and intelligent analysis where each student receives a tailored recommendation, not just a simple list. Furthermore, it's incredibly easy to use, as the tool is based on a clear and quick-to-complete form that requires no technical skills. In addition, there is no other simple, local, and comprehensive tool like ours. While some countries offer automated course selection and career guidance platforms, these are often complex and require payment. Our solution is highly innovative because it automates a typically manual process, combines multiple information sources, and provides objective and consistent support.
Transferability
Our solution can be easily adapted for other educational levels, such as higher education, to help choose a university program or a professional track. It can also be used to recommend suitable careers or guide individuals towards sectors where they have potential. Several parts of our solution are reusable, such as the form's structure, which can be adapted to a new context; the analysis engine, which can be used to analyze other skills; and the recommendation system, which can be used to suggest a career, a module, or an activity.
