After a Thousand - Unit Circle Rummy
Solution details
My solution is to provide apps for key math concepts.
The implementation plan is to raise the awareness of the apps and to get schools to sign on to use them. A key milestone would be to get at least 25 schools to use the apps on a trial basis, with the potential that all of them would sign on for license packages for their students. The resources that were required to develop the apps were finding developers to work on the project, establishing a host for the Web site, and then paying for the work and the hosting, as well as the cost of advertising and seminars to promote the apps. The final product at this time is the set of programs within the app. This product will enhance digital education by allowing teachers to develop the memory, recall, and concept use skills of their students in a visual and interactive manner. The success can be measured by the increase in student engagement and achievement if the schools will provide that information, and it can also be measured by the number of licenses purchased and the locations of the purchases. We hope to develop an international market. The benefits to the challenge owner will be first seeing a return on the investment already made, and after that, the acquisition of resources that will allow the product to be developed with more features and additional concepts.
