As in our society many of the students need to work to finance their studies they might face challenges and difficulties regarding how to find a balance between their working and educational schedule.
Needs Analysis
We identified a relevant disalignement between working-students and universities. Too often working-students feel like being left alone by university, thus creating a distance between the two extremes, causing frustration and confusion.

Providing complementary academic support that could help them in sense of accessing materials and the academic support that they need.
