DigiEduHack 2024 Global Winners to Be Honoured by the European Commission
After months of creative collaboration and bold thinking, the DigiEduHack 2024 journey is reaching its most exciting moment yet: the Awarding Ceremony of the four Global Winning Teams.
The celebration will take place as part of the Digital Education Stakeholder Forum 2025, hosted by the European Commission, on 24 June. It will be the moment to celebrate young people’s workand show what’s possible when learners, educators, and organisations come together with purpose and passion., hosted by the European Commission, the Awarding Ceremony will provide an opportunity to celebrate young people’s work and showcase what’s possible when learners, educators, and organisations come together with purpose and passion.
Celebrating the power of collaborative innovation
During the 2024, DigiEduHack, more than 1,700 participants came together across 51 hackathons in 25 countries to address some of the most pressing challenges in digital education — from accessibility and learning spaces to emerging technologies and AI.
Out of dozens of local winners, four teams were selected through a global public vote to become DigiEduHack 2024 Global Winners, recognised for their creativity, impact, and relevance to today’s digital learning landscape.
During the Awarding Ceremony, the four winning teams from Italy, Mexico, and Peru will present their solutions, showing how innovative ideas make digital learning work for everyone.
Looking ahead at the Forum
The Digital Education Stakeholder Forum is a flagship event on digital education at the EU level.The Forum of 2025 will be an opportunity to celebrate four years of the Digital Education Action Plan (2021-2027) and reflect on the way ahead, more specifically, on the 2030 Roadmap on the future of digital education and skills, which is expected later this year.
The event will bring together Europe’s education and innovation community to discuss their best practice and vision on topics including the AI integration in education, digital literacy and well-being, STEM and basic skills, and the state of play of European EdTech ecosystem.

DigiEduHack’s Awarding Ceremony will take place at 12:45-13:15 CEST, closing the morning plenary discussions with high-level representatives and digital education community.
