EduTrack-social GPA and portfolio
Solution details
EduTrack is a digital platform that helps secondary school students collect, verify and present all their achievements in one place and turn them into a clear Social GPA.
First, students create a profile and start logging activities: school results, volunteering, sports, design projects, clubs, hackathons, competitions and leadership roles. Each activity can be supported with proof: certificates, photos, videos, links, or QR-code check-ins from events. Teachers, mentors or organisers can then verify these activities inside the platform, so universities see that the data is real and trusted.
EduTrack uses a scoring model to calculate a Social GPA based on several factors: how often the student participates, how long they stay involved, what role they have (member, organiser, leader) and what impact the activity creates. This turns a messy list of experiences into one understandable indicator that complements academic grades.
On top of that, an AI-based career advisor analyses the student’s profile and suggests new competitions, projects or courses that match their strengths and interests. When it is time to apply, EduTrack helps generate a structured portfolio adapted to the requirements of different international universities, such as design schools or tech programmes.
In short, EduTrack makes student effort visible, verifiable and easy to present — not only for exams, but for real life opportunities.
