Solution details

MindNest is a compact wellbeing capsule placed inside office buildings. It allows workers to take short power naps (10–20 minutes), measure sleep quality, connect their wearable devices, and manage stress in a private, soundproof space. Main elements: –Soundproof capsule –Reclining micro-bed –Soft lighting –Sleep-tracking system synced with phones and wearables –App dashboard with energy score and schedule booking Objectives: Increase energy, productivity, and mood; help workers cope with dark winters; give employers a simple wellbeing tool. Implementation plan: Build basic prototype (structure + light + chair) Add tracking through existing APIs (Fitbit, Apple Health, Oura) Pilot in one Ülemiste office Collect feedback and scale to more buildings Resources: capsule materials, electronics, sleep APIs, workplace partnerships Possible barriers: costs, space limitations, convincing employers to adopt Enhancing digital education: Shows how sleep and wellbeing data can be used for self-regulation, productivity training, and digital health literacy. Success measurement: Higher employee satisfaction, increased productivity, capsule usage data, before/after energy surveys.
