Our AI-powered mobile app offers personalized mini-courses in an Instagram story/reel format, tailored to the student's age, grade level, and interests. Users who sign up with the onboarding and credit system can automatically start a course with AI and earn extra credits by inviting friends. The goal for the first 6 months is to develop an MVP, pilot the application, and optimize content based on feedback; the biggest obstacles are anticipated to be content quality, user acquisition, and integration with educational institutions.

Context
In Türkiye, the rate of ADHD has increased from 6% to 10% over the past 20 years. Children in the learning age fail to benefit from traditional educational methods due to attention deficits and motivation problems. Personalization in digital education is insufficient, and the content is often uniform and unengaging. Our solution makes digital education accessible and effective by offering AI-powered, personalized content tailored to each student’s needs, designed in formats aligned with their social media habits (stories/reels), and enriched with gamification and storytelling. It directly supports goals such as reducing inequalities in digital education, providing personalization through artificial intelligence, and enabling inclusive learning. Creating a unique learning path for each child strengthens equal opportunities in education.
Who Benefits?
Our solution will drive significant changes in education, creating wide-ranging social
and environmental impacts. Educationally, personalized learning experiences will
greatly reduce challenges such as attention difficulties, learning disorders, and lack of motivation, while teachers will be able to offer tailored content through individualized support tools. On a social level, reducing inequalities in digital education through a free-access model will create a more inclusive learning environment; children with ADHD or learning difficulties will experience increased social participation, parent child cooperation will strengthen, and digital literacy will improve across communities.
Impact
The goal is to reach over 10,000 active users within six months and increase student success rates by more than 30%. The implementation plan includes MVP development in months 1–2, pilot testing in month 3, refinement and content expansion in months 4–5, followed by a market launch and viral growth phase in month 6. Anticipated challenges include maintaining content quality and AI accuracy, user acquisition costs, and securing parent/school partnerships. The target group consists of students aged 8–18 who struggle with attention, motivation, or learning challenges, as well as their parents; our solution is essential for them because it provides a personalized, engaging, and accessible digital learning experience. Our inclusion strategy involves social media campaigns, a referral system, and collaborations with schools and guidance counselors. What makes this solution unique is the fully personalized AI-generated content, the storytelling-based learning shaped around social media habits, and the viral credit/referral model that accelerates growth.
Team work
Our team, consisting of İsmail Baş (Full Stack Developer & AI Specialist), Mustafa Emir Çebi (Full Stack Developer & DevOps), Melike Oba (Software Developer), and Feyza Hatice DİNÇ (Product Manager & Marketing), brings complementary expertise to implement the solution efficiently. In the short term (6–12 months), we will launch the MVP, run pilot programs, optimize the product through user feedback, expand the content library, reach the first 10,000 users, and establish initial revenue via a premium model. In the medium term (1–2 years), we aim to build school and corporate partnerships, implement localization, enhance the AI model with user data, scale regionally and globally, develop specialized modules for diverse learning challenges, and integrate with LMS platforms. In the long term (3+ years), the focus will be on sustainable revenue through freemium credits, premium subscriptions, and institutional packages, while referral-based growth strategies will help maximize adoption and impact.
Innovativeness
What makes our solution unique is the integration of Instagram-style story/reel formats into education at this scale for the first time, fully AI-powered personalized content creation. MentalUP offers strong gamification but lacks AI-powered customization. Khan Academy Kids offers rich content but has limited personalization. This makes our solution more effective and competitive. Our approach stands out with deep personalization, the use of contemporary social media formats, and adaptability to local needs. Furthermore, the solution can be easily transferred to other disciplines; for example, exam preparation stories/real content for high school students struggling with math, or daily dialogue scenarios for adults learning a foreign language. In terms of developing digital education, our platform offers courses created by fully automated artificial intelligence,
gamified storytelling to increase attention, and a credit-referral system that enables sustainable viral growth.
Transferability
Our solution offers high transferability across different educational contexts and disciplines. For example, story/reel-based exam-prep content can be created for high school students struggling with mathematics, while adults learning a foreign language can benefit from daily conversational scenarios. This structure can be applied across various subjects—including math, science, social studies, and language learning—as well as different age groups such as high school, university entrance preparation, and adult education. With proper localization, it can also be easily adapted to the European. Furthermore, specialized short-format videos and personalized learning paths can be designed for learners with specific needs such as dyslexia or autism spectrum disorders. Our solution advances digital education through fully automated AI-driven personalized course generation, gamified storytelling that increases attention, and a credit-referral system enabling sustainable viral growth.
Sustainability
After the prototype phase, In the short term (6–12 months), our goals include launching the MVP, initiating pilot programs, optimizing the product through user feedback, expanding the content library, reaching the first 10,000 users, and establishing an initial revenue stream through the premium model. In the medium term (1–2 years), we aim to build school and corporate partnerships to activate the B2B model, implement localization for different languages and countries, continuously improve the AI model with user data, scale across regional markets and globally, develop specialized modules for different learning challenges such as autism and dyslexia, and integrate with LMS systems. In the long term (3+ years), a sustainable revenue structure will be secured through a freemium credit system, premium subscriptions, and B2B institutional packages, while referral-based viral growth strategies will help reduce user acquisition costs.
