Context
Modern classrooms often rely on a one-size-fits-all teaching model that does not reflect the diversity of students’ needs, paces, or learning styles. Many learners, especially those with reading difficulties, concentration challenges, or slower processing speed, struggle to keep up. Teachers, on the other hand, are overwhelmed with administrative work and lack time to individually adapt materials.
EduBoard AI addresses these challenges by providing a personalised, interactive, and accessible learning environment that automatically adjusts explanations, visuals, and tasks to each learner. It aligns with the DigiEduHack theme “Technologies for Accessibility and Personalised Learning” by making quality education inclusive and adaptive for all.
Who Benefits?
The primary target group includes primary and secondary school students, especially those with diverse learning styles or difficulties such as dyslexia or reduced concentration. EduBoard AI helps them learn more easily through personalized explanations, visuals, audio, and interactive content.
The secondary target group is teachers and schools seeking modern, inclusive digital tools. EduBoard AI reduces their preparation time by generating ready-to-use lessons, diagrams, tasks, and revision materials.
Students benefit from increased motivation, confidence, and engagement, while teachers gain a powerful assistant that simplifies lesson differentiation and enhances the overall quality of teaching.

Team work
We are Team III-5: Mateja Erdeljan, Ognjen Kostić, Dalibor Jovanović, and Mateja Mita Đurđević.
Our idea grew through collaborative brainstorming and shared passion for making learning more accessible, engaging, and inclusive. Every part of the project, from concept and design to user experience, was created together.
We didn’t divide responsibilities. Instead, we made decisions collectively, combining our strengths and perspectives.
Our teamwork reflects creativity, technological curiosity, and empathy for students’ learning needs. We plan to continue working as a team because we share the same vision: technology should bring knowledge closer to everyone.

Innovativeness
EduBoard AI combines multiple technologies, such as AI explanations, visual generation, mind mapping, and interactive learning, into a single adaptive platform. Unlike existing tools that provide static content, EduBoard AI responds to the learner in real time, adjusting explanations and visuals automatically.
Its most unique feature is the AI “learning break”: short, TikTok-style videos related to the topic that provide playful micro-learning moments without interrupting the flow.
The platform learns from the student’s behaviour, pace, and preferences, making it one of the first digital boards that truly adapts to the learner, not just the curriculum.
Transferability
EduBoard AI is fully adaptable to different subjects, grades, and educational systems. Its modular structure allows easy customization of content, language, and difficulty level.
It can be used in primary schools, high schools, universities, online learning, and even in corporate training for skill development.
The system can expand into language learning, programming, science, arts, and professional reskilling, as the AI adjusts to any topic.
It is suitable for integration with national e-learning platforms and digital classrooms, and can be localized for different countries and curricula.
Sustainability
After the prototype stage, EduBoard AI is planned to be developed into a stable online platform for schools, teachers, and students. Long-term sustainability will rely on partnerships with schools, open-source contributions, and a freemium model allowing free core access with optional advanced features.
The platform will grow through community feedback from teachers, students, and developers.
Financial sustainability may include collaborations with ministries of education, grants, and digital inclusion programs.
In the long term, EduBoard AI aims to become a self-sustaining, widely accessible tool embedded in national and international digital education ecosystems.
