We propose an AI-powered adaptive university ebook that transforms traditional study materials into dynamic, personalised learning experiences. Instead of offering static text, the tool detects when students lose focus or struggle with comprehension and adapts the content in real time through simplified explanations, micro-summaries, contextual examples, visual concept maps and adaptive study pacing. It includes optional, privacy-safe attention monitoring, an anonymised insight dashboard for teachers and a workflow that allows publishers to produce new AI-enhanced digital editions. The objective is to improve comprehension, reduce frustration, support students with attention difficulties, strengthen teaching effectiveness and modernise digital publishing.
